Holding Space

I am a passionate mental health practitioner, psycho social therapist and wellness advocate, dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, emotional safety and neuroscience informed care, helping clients better understand the connection between the brain, emotions, behaviour and healing.

I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm and life transitions by creating a safe, reflective and empowering therapeutic space. Through emotional regulation, self awareness and strengths based interventions, I help clients build insight, shift long standing patterns and move from survival mode toward healing, resilience, clarity and intentional living.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where people feel seen, understood, emotionally supported and gently guided toward deeper self understanding and meaningful personal growth.

“Healing begins the moment someone feels safe enough to be honest, first with themselves, and then with someone else.”
Ntombi Madhina

Three quiet principles that shape every session.

Compassion first

Every story is met with warmth before it is met with technique.

Honest reflection

Gentle does not mean unchallenging. Real growth lives at the edge of an honest conversation.

Hope, held carefully

We hold hope on your behalf in the seasons it feels too far away, until it becomes yours again.

A practice rooted in rigour, led by humanity.
